Most Culture engagements fail for 2 main reasons. Firstly there is often a lack of engagement in the group maintaining the culture which then results in resistance to the change. Secondly it often overlooks the practical.

This series does not only engage the leadership, but it is designed to engage each individual within the organisation.

Everyone is involved in the process of redesigning the new culture and therefore the strategizing will be done with culture in mind.

Currently there is only the behaviour booklet available which in itself is foundational to the approach and will prove hugely beneficial. Our team of human scientists will be fleshing out more focus points soonest. Feel free to indicate if you would like more information or place a request.

For years we have pushed for engagements after the team interventions we offer. These interventions maintain the momentum and keep the team growing their unity and general capacity.

The challenge we faced up to now is that some organisations do not have the funds to be able to do these follow ups. In addition to that team members tend to only engage the material within the follow up, which is better than nothing, but we still felt we can up our game. This is the backdrop to the Team Capacity Building Booklet.

This specific booklet aims to be one of many that can be used as part of a facilitated intervention or as a stand alone. In this booklet we challenge the team to engage with the organisations Values, Vision and Mission and make it their own. The intervention forces the team to discuss the experiences with these concepts as they aim to apply them.

It is a guaranteed revivor or redesigner of the corporate identity.

Every Team needs upskilling in some area. Often when we ask why teams want a team capacity building they respond that the team needs upskilling in an area, but they do not want to do a full training on that one skill.

This is the need we want to address with the Team Upskilling Booklet. What makes it unique is that it actually engages all the team members in the activity and therefore has the additional team building impact. In the activity you will note that the accountability to each other also plays a huge role in the booklets success.
