The Potjie Model is a practical applied training program for team leaders, supervisors & managers. The training improves personal relationships and trust. It will equip the leaders to increase growth within others by giving feed-forward (feedback that contains information for growth). The leaders will be exposed to a coaching model that is practically viable in the workplace and moves the follower toward personal goals that grow the organisations capacity. Ultimately the leaders will be able to move forward toward delegating in such a way that others engage in it with appreciation.
The program is normally administered in closed groups and combined with Coaching interventions with the senior manager/executive. This is done to have top-down experiential learning that improves continuity via duplication of experience. the program is rolled out over a 4 month to 6 month period which is determined by the client organisation. This program as with all other programs in our range is available face-to-face and online.
