ICOPE Leadership Development Program
The focus of the ICOPE program is on practical application of leadership skills toward equipping leaders on all levels of an organisation to be more effective at getting results out of their team while growing their engagement.
It consists of 5 Modules namely:
- Leading I (Self Insight and Management) – We grow insight via variety of assessments and reflection exercises.
- Leading Change (Personal and Corporate Change) – The participants are challenged to drive a corporate and personal change.
- Leading Others (Communicating in difficult situations) – We cover Body Language, Listening Skills, Questioning Skills, Conflict Management and Communication.
- Leading Performance (Growing performance and relationship) – The participants grow the ability to build relationship, Feed Forward, Coach and Delegate effectively with roleplays and application challenges.
- Leading Engagement (Team development and Engagement growth) – Via an understanding of the development of the team and practical action steps to grow the elements of the Galllup Q12 the leaders are empowered to grow engagement.
The ICOPE Leadership development program is administered over 6 months with 10 face to face sessions. Accountability is built in via workbook activities, PowerPoint presentations to upline and peers of growth.
Groups should consist of 12 – 15 people for optimum results.
