Our Executive coaching program is administered by a group of handpicked executive coaches that have proven themselves as effective within a corporate setting. Quality and satisfaction are being monitored via interactions between the Capacity Trust Lead Coach and the Company representative. Any queries via the coach or coachee are managed by the lead coach and company representative.
The coaching process is outcome driven and therefore starts with an initial indication of outcomes by the executive or his/her line. The most common benefit that executives mention from the process is a change in perspective and the ability to have a confidential sound board that has the courage to give them constructive feedback.
The executive completes the PVQ as part of the process and the information gained from the assessment is used as a backdrop to the to the coaching process.
